Manufacturing, anticorrosion protection, heat insulation and mounting of product "Vacuum evaporator ", pos.Е420105.

The product is a vertical cylindrical steel (P235GH) vessel , D=6500mm, H=10,5m,V=300000 l, G=37,8 tones, with elliptical bottoms working under vacuum. Supported on ring-shaped steel support.

The product is designed and constructed by "Chimkomplekt engineering "JSC ,town of Sofia on a basis project SNC Lavalin and executed in compliance with BDS EN 13445-5.

It is part of installation for evaporation of phosphoric acid to "Fifth evaporation of phosphoric acid" in "Agropolichim " JSC ,Mounting on el.+16,50m in new workshop.
